When you chose any other company than Ministry of Paintball group organisers have to collect the money off everybody individually as a general rule before making a booking to save the hassle of chasing money at a later date. Using the TOOeasy system all parents have the option of paying directly for the booking online and add their treasured one to the group themselves.
Everyone in the group is given an access code which allows them to not only add themselves to the group but to also check up who is yet to join in. Reminders can be sent through TOOeasy both by email and text so everyone is covered.
